Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure items are securely repacked in their original MCM House packaging; furniture must be disassembled and protected to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  We will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to collect the items from your residence at a scheduled time that suits your calendar.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received and quality-checked at our warehouse, we will process your refund or store credit minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
